Michelle is the Solution Vice President – Employee Engagement and Recognition for Maritz Motivation Solutions.  She’s enjoyed 13 years with Maritz, where her responsibilities have ranged from client program management to solution development and management.  In her current role, Michelle ensures Maritz has the tools, insight and resources to create impactful employee recognition experiences that connect employee and employer goals.  Combined with her previous sales and marketing experience for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and what is now Verizon Wireless, Michelle is uniquely equipped to help translate client needs into people-based solutions across an extensive range of industries and applications. 

Michelle is a CRP (Certified Recognition Professional), is IMA (Incentive Marketing Association) certified in incentive design and holds a Masters degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University.  She is also active in the Maritz Institute, which serves as a bridge between the human sciences and Maritz’ solutions, helping to create better business for clients and better lives for the people they touch.
