Raheem Cash is a LEED-AP O+M ® accredited professional with eighteen years experience helping organizations recognize and benefit from the value created by sustainable thinking and practices. He enjoys getting into the details of an enterprise and identifying how sustainability can solve some problems related to efficiency, cost, and productivity. Raheem's experience spans the full scope of sustainability from pollution prevention and environmental management to recycling, climate change adaptation and carbon reduction strategies. He has worked with military bases, postal service facilities, universities, and corporate real estate firms to accomplish their mission, financial and environmental goals. Raheem has also conducted a range of research and has published papers on environmental topics such as electronics recycling, pollution prevention, and green procurement. Raheem is a native New Yorker educated in the Midwest: he holds a BA in Environmental Science from Northwestern University and an MS in Natural Resource Policy from the University of Michigan. He now resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife and two young sons.
